The client brief was to get as many architecturally designed townhouses on this site as possible, with a desire to offer them to retirees.
We designed them using universal home principals ensuring accessibilty with a lift and wheelchair access.

The client brief was to get as many architecturally designed townhouses on to this site. The challenges were the steep nature of the site, keeping it within council regulations and off street carparking.
We designed 5 stylish townhouses that utilise affordable building materials with the aim to reduce engineering and civil works.
