The clients approached us asking if we could take a prior design they had and bring it into budget. Some of the challenges to the project were an unstable bank and poor ground conditions.
Using steel portal to give open spaces and a mezzanine to create a light well, we have designed an efficient and environmentally friendly office building with future potential for solar.

The client’s desire was to turn this narrow apartment building into an upmarket apartment. EQ strengthening and achieving thermal and acoustic performance were key elements they needed to be resolved.
For our client we designed an apartment that maximised the narrow space and utilised the roof to provide an urban outdoor living area.
